We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. If you wish to delete your Orion account, please follow the process below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion in two ways:

  1. From within the Orion app:

    • Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

    • Confirm your request.

  2. By email:

    • Send an email to support@aldebron.com with the subject “Delete My Orion Account” from your registered email address.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account and all associated data (including profile information, transactions, and history) will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 7 business days.

  • Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes, but they will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Personal details (name, phone number, email).

  • All company, site, and station data linked to your account.

  • All inventory, job, and invoice data created by your account.

Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

  • Payment transaction records (as required by law).

  • Legal compliance logs.
